When you use our website or contact us through any channel on it, we act as the data fiduciary responsible for your personal information under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

We only collect information you actively provide to us. This includes:

• Your name, phone number, and email address when you submit our contact form
• The content of messages you send through our chat assistant
• Any documents or details you share when seeking our professional services

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising tools. We do not place profiling cookies on your device. Technical cookies set by our hosting provider are limited to security and session management and do not identify you personally.

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request. We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we do not share them with any third party except where required by law (for example, when filing statutory documents with tax or regulatory authorities on your behalf as your CA).

Enquiry data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up. Professional engagement data (such as filed returns and compliance records) is retained for the period required by applicable Indian law, typically seven years for tax-related records. After that, data is securely deleted.
